This means a lot to me because if a salesman starts pressuring me I normally will just walk away. He was very knowledgeable and did exactly what he said he was going to do.

I can't praise Zack in the service dept. enough. He was awesome. He listened to my concerns, picked up my trk, took it there to be repaired. The part I needed was delayed and he kept me updated every step of the way. He got me worked in so I wouldn't have to wait weeks. Truly, professional, polite, and very helpful. Rating of your service department "F" Complete INCOMPETENCE. 1. The service advisor purposely not quoting actual prices of services. 2. Technician apparently did not do a road test to see if problem was resolved as advisor said he would. 3. Upon leaving notice on dash appeared again. 4. Called back in to service advisor to report same problem he said just come in after we just there for over 2 hours.

The associate who sold me my car was excellent. His name is Omar and he was the reason I decided to purchase my vehicle from your dealership. But, the manager on duty was so RUDE, condescending and disrespectful. He made the overall experience very unsettling. I will not be recommending the establishment in Dublin to anybody I know. On the contrary, I’ll make sure to tell them about that manager being the main reason why they shouldn’t purchase a vehicle from there.

Prompt service. Friendly staff. I did think that warranty service plans are recognized at any GMC dealership, so I had to pay and then file for reimbursement. I was told to bring a copy of my service plan, which I did, but no one looked at it to see that oil changes are indeed covered. But I am very happy with the service here and the friendliness of the staff. I wish that I had gotten the lady's name (Dana Rogers?) to give her kudos because she is always so kind and friendly.

I was told several times my car would be ready by a certain date. It wasn't. The worst part was not having a phone call from your service department simply saying the car would not be ready. I spent almost $1500 to have my car repaired. I stated the error message I was getting on my screen. Twenty minutes after I left the shop, the error message returned and my car had the same stalliing issue. Trying to reach the service department via the automated system is awful. I did not get a response to six texts that I sent in seeking information. I did not have any of the four messages I left on the phone returned. You should not give out your automated texts if you are not going to respond to the texts.

My appointment was at 1:15p. I told the representative (him) that I was going to wait on my vehicle. I was at the dealership until 3:15pm. No one said anything about the wait time. When I asked how much longer before my vehicle will be ready, the lady said she didn't know that I was waiting. If I had known I had to wait 2 hours, I would have made other arrangements. I saw people come and go. My car was pulled into the area for service but apparently no one was working on the vehicle. I only had an oil change and tires rotated.

1. I was lied to several times and when they were caught they tried to excuse it with poor excuses like it did not happen. 2. Never called to give me the finding from the diagnostics like they promised. Only time I heard from them was when they called to tell me it was ready. 3. Lied to me about the repair process. John said it took a long time to repair because the radiator was on back order but he jumped through hoops to get one specially for me. (Not true). The truth was they got one and it took was damaged and had to order another one. Just be honest and upfront. Things happen and is understandable but when you lie it brings doubt into the process. I live almost 2 hours away and gave you all a chance to get out of the big city. I buy a new truck every 2 or 3 years. I don’t think I will be back there. You have to do better.

I requested a hardware reset per conversation with GM. This was not annotated as completed. The service was to indicate that my USB device was causing the problem-- after consulting with the USB creator my USBs are a fit for the vehicle. GM said it is a hardware issue-- and to have it completed. GM Customer Service provided me with what was going on and I agreed to the concerns. OnStar is on however it works whenever-- again the fuses weren't replaced nor the hardware reset. If so it was not annotated as the service-just deflected as the USB was causing it... It's still going out without me playing the USBs and OnStar is still a hit and miss. I will reiterate that GM told me it was a hardware issue-- and needs to be reset. If it were done it wasn't annotated as a service...
